Hello Kitty Polka Dot Nails!

Here is a Hello Kitty nail tutorial. If you didn't already know I'm obsessed with Hello Kitty and makeup! As you probably could've guessed by that statement, I probably had a convulsion the first time I found out MAC was doing a Hello Kitty collection, and then nearly died when Sephora came out with the Hello Kitty makeup line! But here is a simple nail tutorial I think you might like.

Products used:
Seche Clear (base coat)
Essie - Really Red
China Glaze - White on White
Milani - Black Magic
Absolute Nail Art Paint (gold glitter)
Seche Vite (top coat)


Make an at home Dotting tool:
        There is no need to go out and buy a nail dotting tool to create this design, here are various ways to make one with house hold objects.

1. You can use a tooth pick: Break it, and push the rough edge on a flat surface to make a blunt/flat edge. Once the tooth pick is flat on one side it'll be easier to dot the nail polish onto your fingernail.
2. You can use a needle/sewing pin like this one (http://photo-dict.faqs.org/phrase/7448/pin.html) and push the pointy end into an eraser so that you wont prick yourself. Then use the plastic ball on the opposite side of the needle to dot the nail polish onto your nail. (Just be careful doing this you could end up poking yourself if your not patient enough)
