Seche Clear - Base Color
Seche Vite - Top  Coat
Essie - Really Red
Essie - Pretty Edge
China Glaze - White on White
Eyeko - Punk Polish

Milani - Green 

Milani - Yellow

Q Nail Art - White

Q Nail Art - Black

Tools needed:

-small yellow rhinestones

-nail art brush

-tweezers 

You can substitute any colors with what ever you have :)
